SHIPPING & DELIVERY: TO YOUR DOOR

Every JyoDas piece is meticulously crafted and shipped securely from our atelier via premium global logistics partners (e.g., DHL Express, FedEx) to ensure the physical integrity of your high-value garments.

TIMELINES & RATES

Made-to-Order: 9 to 14 business days to create and 5 to 7 days for shipping.

Ready-to-Ship: 3 to 5 business days processing and 5 to 7 days for shipping.

International: A flat rate of $30 USD applies to all orders.

Shipping Partners: We work with reliable carriers like DHL Express to ensure fast and safe delivery.

Note: We deliver exclusively to physical residential or commercial addresses (no P.O. Boxes). To protect your investment, a signature is required upon delivery for all shipments. 

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by public holidays or unforeseen weather/logistical disruptions, which are beyond our control.

CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES (DDU)

For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and local VAT levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. JyoDas operates strictly on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis and does not cover these sovereign fees under any circumstances. We recommend checking with your local customs office to estimate potential charges before placing an order.

Import duties are charged by your country's customs, not by JyoDas.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Made-to-Order Items: Because our garments are thoughtfully crafted specifically upon your order confirmation, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has commenced.

Final Sale: Altered outfits and items marked as "Final Sale" are strictly non-exchangeable.
